Alan Solarsh says, oreign exchange markets are open 24 hours a day, five days a week - forex can be traded from 9 pm Sunday to 10 pm Friday (GMT). Over-the-counter (OTC) forex transactions occur between parties directly, rather than through a central exchange, which is why the hours are so long. Because forex is a truly global market, you can always take advantage of different active sessions' forex trading offers.
